Kellie was about to bite a delicious chocolate chip cookies when suddenly her mum shouted " Kellie what are you doing !??!" Kellie shouted back at her mum " Mum!! Cant you see what am i doing??!!! ARE YOU BLIND ???!!!! What kind of mum are You?!!!" Kellie was a impolite and rude girl who has a divorced parents and 2 younger brothers. Kellie's mum has to take care of three children .. Kellie that is 9 years, John that is 5 years and Jason that is 1 years. Kellie's parents were divorced 1 years ago.Kellie's mum shouted again " You should not talk to your mum like that ! Im the one who takes care of you since you were young!! " tears came rolling down Lina's cheeck.. Lina is Kellie's mother name. Kellie just didn't care and say " Who cares....! Rrrrmmm.. OK! oK! MUM im sorry.. I want to eat this cookies." Lina answered " You must read the paper in front. it says that this is for Auntie Mary. It's her birthday today i don't know what to give her so i baked cookies for her. Next time do not anyhow take. You should read or ask first." Kellie put back the cookies in the box and went in to her room.. Lina knocked Kellie's door but Kellie just shouted " Go away Mum!! I WANT TO BE ALONE! " Tears came rolling down Lina's cheeck again. Lina walked to the study room and talked to John " John, do you want to go to the park and play frisbee? " said Lina trying to cheer herself up. Jason smiled and replied " Yes, but can we go a little bit later? I need to do my Homework first.. Can you please wait for 45 minutes then I will be ready to play! are we going with Jason and Sis Kellie? " Lina just smiled and answers back " With Jason of course but I don't know about your Sister... She just lock herself in her room. Maybe I will ask her later.. Ok.. now do your work then we are off to the park ! " Lina leaved the room and knocked again at Kellie's room while saying " Kellie , do you want to go to the park? We could ride our bikes there or maybe play frisbee? " Kellie said " Mum i'm very tired im not joining all of you! So can you just leave?? " Lina walked to her room and saw that Jason is awaked! So she carry Jason and put him at the living room. Lina played with Jason and suddenly John came out of his room and said " Mum, i'm finished with my work now we can leave to the park! anyway is Sis Kellie going with us? " lina said " No, now she is feeling bad maybe she wanted to rest. So we could just go to the park with her next time.. So now we just leave without her ok? " John nodded his head . So they walked to the park. They played frisbee, ride their bikes and teach Jason how to walk. When they were walking home, John saw a very cute dog with brown curly furs.John asked mum " Mum, I love dogs especially that one whick walk past just now... Can we buy a dog pleaseeee..... I will take care of the dog n keep it healthy! Pleaseeee.. " Lina said " Im not so sure about that.. Your sister don't like dogs and if there is a dog at our house, It will be noisy and it's hard to take care of dogs you know.. It needs extra attention! so are you sure you want a dog? " John said with a worried face " I........ I'm not so sure.... If the dog poo must we pick it up...?? if yes EEeeeWW! " Lina said " of course you need to pick it up! if you do not pick it up, you will dirty the place!" John said "Ok I do not want a dog anymore... but.. I still want a pet! let's go home and talk about it.." Lina nodded and they walk home.. At home Lina saw a guy and a women siting together while talking to Kellie. Mum came nearer to see who was the person and she saw her old husband with his new wife. Lisa cried and ran to her room. Her old husband name was Maxie and his new wife name was Sally . Maxie asked Kellie " What happened to your mum Kellie? " " Dont care about her dad ! She was always like this! I hate Her Ihate Her i hate her !! She dont love me at all !" Kellie said with an angry face.Maxie said" Kellie, you should not be like that, she's the one that take care of you since you were born , you should be greatful to her, i know lina sometimes has stress and scold you, but she is just having a stress and you should not say that, instead you should calm her down ." " I know ! but she's not the only one that take care of me.. you took care of me too dad " Kellie said
John came and join them to sit at the sofa and said " Daddy, sis have been mad since just now, i dont really know what had happened but i heard sis kellie shouting to mum when i was doing my homework. But sis Kellie had made mum upset too. I think sis Kellie is in the wrong place dad ! " "Shut Up Jason ! This is not your buisness you are too young !! Go to your room now you fool !! Dont talk noncense here! If you dont go to your room i will give you a tight slap !" John said while rubing his tears " Sis, im always polite to you and i never talk noncense, why do you always treat me in that way? But if that's what you wan me to do, i will do as you say '. " John walk towards his room but Maxie shouted "John , come back here, i believe you , please dont be sad " John stopped and said " Really? You believe me?" " Yes , why should i lie ?" John ran towards his father hug him and said " I love you dad! I love you ! " Kellie said " Dad? You believe him ? "
Maxie said" Yes.. But..... Dont be ang..." before Maxie finished, Kellie just ran out of the house while sobbing . Maxie was trying to chase her but Sally said " Its ok, let her be alone, she would come back when she is better, she is just trying to calm down... She's a big girl so dont worry, maybe we should come home and later we will call asking about her" Maxie nodded and said"Bye John im leaving please tell your mum, and please call me if your sister is back, and i will also call later " John said" Can you stay alittle longer? or maybe sleepover here, there's an empty room for guests you can sleep there. If you sleepover you can know if sis Kellie had come back . Aunt Sallie also can stay. PLeaseeeeeeeeee" Maxie think awhile and said " Sally, do you want to sleepover here? " Maybe you should sleepover and i will go home " Sally said. Maxie said"Are you sure you dont want to stay with me? " " Dont worry i can take care of myself .. You should stay here and know the condition of your daughter, Kellie . Maxie said" Ok becareful Sally , call me if something happen or you need something " Sally nodded and leave. John smiled and said " Thanks dad for staying here, Wow its 11.30 am already!" I need to go English tution with sis Kellie ! The class will start at 12 noon! And what about sis Kellie? Today she need to collect her results for this year ! What should we do?" Maxie said " I will bring you there and i will also explain to the teacher why your sister is not coming, you should get changing and we are ready to go ! " John nodded and went to his room. After John was changed they went to the tution center and explain everything. After the tution , it was 2pm already. Maxie fetch John and said " How was your tution today John? What's your result for the year? " My tution today was good dad, and the result is same as last year, 1st in the whole K1 and obviously 1st in class too ! My results since i Join this Tution centre is always the same 1st in the whole level! " John said with a great big smile. " Wow ! That was terrific! Did your teacher pass you your sister's results? " Maxie said . John open his bag and took out a blue colour book and said " Here, sis Kellie's result! I havent see it yet , you can see it Dad ! "Maxie smiled and open the book, he chacked and suddenly said " What?!?!?!?" John said " What happened dad? is something wrong?" Maxie replied" Go and see it for yourself"..." John checked the book and said " I know you are shocked because sis Kellie failed 3 out of 4 subjects .. and i also know the subject that she didnt fail only got 50 which means just pass...But.. Im not suprised because she always got the same results but last years one she got all fail..Dad, i think is better for sis Kellie to stay with you.. So that mum will not be so stressed taking care of 3 children and quarelling with Sis Kellie.. Sis kellie always made mum upset.. She is not that bad with you .. And mum cant supervise 3 children at once right? So i think you and aunt Sally can take care of her.. What do you think dad? " Maxie replied " I think that's a good idea.. But are you sure your Sister wants to stay with me?" John nodded and said " She will think is better to stay with you.. And she would be very happy Dad ! " Maxie replied" Ok.. I will talk to her once she came back ok?" John nodded and they both went home.. When they reach home, it was already 2.45 pm and Lina was preparing lunch . Maxie said " John, why is lunch so late? usually it is 1pm, why is lunch 2.45pm?" "Oh, every Saturday our Lunch is at 2.55pm because of my tution .. My tution ends at 2pm now.. Last time it was from 10.30 am till 12.30pm ... So our lunch every Saturday will e at 2.55pm.. err.. Dad, sis havent come back home.. im sure She's starving because she didnt ate alot just now during breakfast.So what we gonna do?"John said.. Maxie replied " Dont worry , just now when you were at the park, i gave your sister $30 .. It would be enough for the whole day ..So Dont worry k?" John nodded and they started eating ... Lina said " Maxie..." Maxie replied" Yes ? "" Ermmm...... nothing...." lina said. Maxie said " Its ok, just tell me .. " Lina said " Really nothing.." Maxie said " Ok then.... " After eating It was 3.15 pm ... John said " Mum, its time for my favourite show at the television, can i watch tv? Mum nodded and said " Yes John, but i thought your favourite television program is at 3.55pm? John replied and said " Yes.. But i dont want to be late because its the last episode .. Its better early then late right? Lina said " yes, but its too early John.. Maybe we should sit and chat for awhile and when its 3.45 , you can go and watch TV. Is that ok? John nodded and said "ok, Lets talk about Pets.! " Lina said " Ohh yes! I almost forgotten about that.. What pet do you wan? It cannot be a dog and also not a cat, what pet do you want? Maxie Suggest" Do you want a fish? Its easy to take care of a fish and we could buy a Marine Fish.. Its very colourful and Beautiful.. Do you want it? John said " Nope, we cannot play with fish and we cant touch fish.. So its not fun.. errr I know ! Mum can we have a hamster? Mum said" No , sorry John i think once more time.. I think we should not have a pet.. So when we go overseas, the pet will not die... So we should not have a pet... What do you think " John said " Errrr ook.. ok.. ok... we no need to have a pet... But... Can we go to the pet park? I love it you know.. Its full of pets..Which pet you like you can ask the man and we can play with it.. So can we go ? Lina nodded and said " Ok that's an good idea.
